The 3 Bed & Breakfast Rooms
Designed by the owners, who have travelled and lived around the world, the interiors of the three rooms reflect more than 20 years of expatriation. La chambre Sahel, la chambre Morocco and the room Orient, have been carefully decorated and can also be rented for private use.
Whether travelling as a couple, family or group of friends, a fully equipped kitchen is available so you can be completely independent and do not need to go out for meals.
Your breakfast is included in the room price of the room if you book as a Bed & Breakfast guest. On arrival, you can fill in a short questionnaire telling me what you would like for breakfast.
You can choose from tea, coffee, herbal tea, hot chocolate, hot or cold milk, or plant-based milk. You can also choose from a selection of pastries, baguette, brioche, fruit and nut bread, seeded bread and cereals. There is a wide choice of organic jams, spreads, peanut butter, honey and other options, depending on availability. Fresh fruit is also served, depending on the season. I offer fresh orange juice, apple juice (fresh or bottled depending on the season), or freshly made mixed-fruit juice. For an additional charge, you can also request eggs, an omelette, scrambled eggs, cheese or yoghurt. I do not serve cold meats as I am vegetarian, but if you really would like ham or saucisson for breakfast, please let me know before your arrival — I can always make a trip to the shop! ;-)
For other meals, I can recommend good local places, but you can also bring your own provisions and cook on site. » Dans le moulin, les lieux communs sont freely accessible : a kitchen, dining room and lounge; a fire in the kitchen can heat all three rooms, and up to 10 people can dine comfortably.
L’été uniquement, il y a accès à la piscine intérieure (car elle n’est pas chauffée l’hiver).
Barbecues are available on request. There is a collection of board games and a music player, with a particular selection of records. There is a secure private parking with a barrier gate. Pets are welcome (additional charge of €10 per animal). You can also take part in the weekly yoga classes held at the Anandena studio next to the Bed & Breakfast rooms, or request a private class.

The Park
Opened in July 2021 and renovated by Olivier Hecquet and Stéphanie Hecquet-Lepoutre, The Moulin Sainte-Marie has preserved the authenticity of the original mill, both inside and out. Nestled in a lush green setting, guests can enjoy the adjoining garden as well as the river. Two terraces, one of which is a wooden terrace running alongside the river, provide the perfect setting to admire the sunrises and sunsets and unwind. The Moulin Sainte-Marie invites guests to enjoy walks and bike rides, while the surrounding trails offer the opportunity to explore the countryside.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Moulin de Sainte-Marie. Un grand merci à Stéphanie pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Elle a contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement est très bien équipé, propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien. L'environnement est calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir.
